LAKEWOOD,
Zamboanga del Sur (Oct. 24, 2018) – The
Combined operatives of Lakewood MPS, Zamboanga del Sur and Siayan MPS, Zamboanga
del Norte arrested two wanted persons during the conduct of law enforcement
operation at Penolis, Lakewood, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:45pm of October
23, 2018.
The operating team arrested the two wanted
person identified as:
Junrel Landong Dayna, aka “Junjun” 35
years old, married, Filipino, Elementary Level and a farmer by occupation, Top
No.: 5 Most Wanted Person-Municipal Level; and
Teofilo Melian Dayna, 67 years old, married,
Filipino, Elementary Level, and a farmer by occupation, Other Wanted Person
Category, both with residence at Purok 2, Penolis, Lakewood, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The two suspects was arrested by virtue
of Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge of Branch 2, Regional Trial
Court, Ninth Judicial Region, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte dated March 6,
2018 for “Murder” docketed under Criminal Case No.: S-5727 with no bail
recommended.
The Arrested persons were now detained
at Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.
